Service scope
TTNS RAMS provides event-promotion workflow services including venue onboarding,
event claim workflows, script generation, scheduling, and billing/reporting features.
The Community Platform provides website directory listings (kit, artists, Request an Act / DJ, act profiles)
separate from on-air advertising unless you also buy a broadcast product.
Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of account and event information submitted.
- You must keep account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
- You must use the service in compliance with applicable law.
Commercial terms
Subscription and product prices are shown on Plans and in the relevant portal.
Fees, renewals, and cancellation settings are managed through your account where offered.
Online cancellation is available in the same interface used to join where a subscription applies.
Data processing
Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy and cookie usage
in the Cookie Policy.
